description: The fracture event is the third leading cause of death in Indonesia after coronary heart disease and tuberculosis. The impact of the fracture causes pain arising from injuries caused by bone fractures that injure fiber tissue. This study aimed to describe nursing care in fracture patients with acute pain problems. The research method used is to use two research subjects in accordance with the criteria that have been determined through a nursing assessment approach, nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, nursing implementation, and nursing evaluation. The results of this study showed a decrease in pain scale reduction, patient pain complaints, patient protective attitude, anxiety, and grimacing facial expressions. This study can be concluded that can overcome acute pain problems requires collaborative action with the administration of analgesics to reduce the intensity of pain in patients.
