abstract: Air Conditoner Water Heater is a type of water heating by utilize of air
conditioning. This study of Air Conditioner (AC) is type AC window with Power 1
PK by modifying the pipe. The purpose of the research is to design water heater
with 45 ̊C temperature, and also to know the losses of the wasted heat to the
environment and the effectiveness of the tank. The method used is the collection of
information specification tool, making variant functions, making tools and testing
the tool. From the test equipment obtained some results by using water volume as
free variable and heating time as fixed variable. The result of modification
calculation used 4 meter length of pipe and the result of hot water temperature 55 ̊C
(7 liter), 52 ̊C (8 liter) and 49 ̊C (9 liter) for 10 hours.
