The researcher used quantitative methods with true experimental research design. The populations of this research were the eighth�grade students in SMPN 5 Pasarkemis, and the samples were the students of 8.7 as the experimental class and 8.9 as the control class. Both consisted of 35 students. The classes were chosen by cluster random sampling from nine classes. The researcher conducted pre-test and post-test to collect the data. The reliability, normality, homogeneity and hypothesis were computed using SPSS version 29. The result of the t-test was <.001 which is less than 0.05.
