note: Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Peran Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) Serang dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas dan Kompetensi Calon Tenaga Kerja (2) Hasil Balai Besar dalam Kegiatan Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) Serang dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas dan Kompetensi Calon Tenaga Kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpuan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi . sumber penelitian adalah 9 informan dari BBPVP Serang. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Peran BBPVP Serang dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan kompetensi calon tenaga kerja di Kota Serang dijalankan dengan baik. (2) Hasil BBPVP Serang dalam kegiatan pelatihan vokasi dan produktivitas BBPVP Serang dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan kompetensi calon tenaga kerja perlu adanya pelatihan dan pembinaan calon tenaga kerja telah dilakukan secara komprehensif.
abstract: This study aims to (1) The Role of the Serang Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BBPVP) in Improving the Quality and Competence of Prospective Workers (2) The Results of the Center in Serang Vocational Training and Productivity (BBPVP) Activities in Improving the Quality and Competence of Prospective Workers. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The research sources are 9 informants from BBPVP Serang. The results of this study are (1) The role of BBPVP Serang in improving the quality and competence of prospective workers in Serang City is carried out well. (2) The results of BBPVP Serang in vocational training and productivity activities BBPVP Serang in improving the quality and competence of prospective workers need training and coaching for prospective workers has been carried out comprehensively.
