The research sources are 9 informants from BBPVP Serang. The results of this study are (1) The role of BBPVP Serang in improving the quality and competence of prospective workers in Serang City is carried out well. (2) The results of BBPVP Serang in vocational training and productivity activities BBPVP Serang in improving the quality and competence of prospective workers need training and coaching for prospective workers has been carried out comprehensively.
