Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah pupuk organik cair dari keong mas (P) yang terdiri dari empat taraf yaitu: 0 ml (P0), 10 ml (P1), 20 ml (P2), dan 30 ml (P3). Faktor kedua adalah jenis media tanam (M) yang terdiri dari empat taraf yaitu: tanah (M0), tanah+kompos (M1), tanah+cocopeat (M2), dan tanah+ arang sekam (M3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk organik cair keong mas dosis 20 ml memberikan hasil terbaik untuk jumlah daun pada umur 5 minggu setelah tanam (MST). Jenis media tanam: tanah + arang sekam (M3) memberikan hasil tertinggi pada tinggi tanaman 1 MST, jumlah daun 5 MST, diameter batang 1 MST dan panjang akar. Terdapat interaksi pada kombinasi pupuk organik cair keong mas (P2) 20 ml dengan media tanam tanah ditambah arang sekam (M3) menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman 4 MST, diameter batang 3 MST, 4 MST, 5 MST, luas daun, berat basah per tanaman, dan berat kering per tanaman, serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman 2 MST, 3 MST, 5 MST, diameter batang 2 MST, dan jumlah batang daun 4 MST. abstract: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dosage of liquid organic fertilizer from golden snail and type of planting medium on growth and yield of spinach green (Amaranthus hybridus L.). The experimental design employed in this research was a Factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) consisting of two factors. The first factor was the liquid organic fertilizer from golden snail (P) which consisted of four levels, namely: 0 ml (P0), 10 ml (P1), 20 ml (P2), and 30 ml (P3). The second factor was the type of planting medium (M) which consisted of four levels, namely: soil (M0), soil+compost (M1), soil+cocopeat (M2), and soil+ husk charcoal (M3). The results showed that 20 ml dose of liquid organic fertilizer from golden snail gave the best results for the number of leaves at 5 weeks after planting (WAP). Type of planting medium: soil + charcoal husk (M3) gave the highest results for plant height of 1 WAP, number of leaves 5 WAP, diameter of stem 1 WAP and root length.
