note: Sistem dalam peradilan yang masih kurang merupakan salah satu bentuk ketidakadilan yang terdapat di Indonedia saat ini yaitu dengan keberpihakan dalam beberapa kasus yang kurangnya keadilan serta keberpihakan pada anak terutama perempuan, seperti pelecehan anak yang dapat menjadi serius serta mendalam bagi kehidupan. Media online Konde.co dan Magdalene.co termasuk platform yang ikut berperan dalam memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang marjinalisasi, subordinasi, diskriminasi, kekerasan, dan stigma negative terhadap perempuan. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana framing pelecehan anak di media sosial oleh Mario Dandy di media online Konde.co dan Magdalene.co. Dimana peneliti menggunakan analisis framing dari model Pan dan Kosicki. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pandangan dari metode analisis dengan empat struktur yaitu: Sintaksis (skema berita), Skrip (kelengkapan berita), Tematik (Detail, koherensi, bentuk kalimat, kata ganti, maksud kalimat), dan Retoris(Leksikon, grafis, metafor, pengandaian). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konde.co dan Magdalene.co bersama memihak perempuan dengan sudut pandang yang berbeda dari permasalahan pada peradilan serta tanggapan masyarakat terkait ketidakadilan dalam berpihak terhadap anak.
abstract: A justice system that is still lacking is one form of injustice that exists in Indonesia today, namely partiality in several cases that lack justice and bias towards children, especially women, such as child abuse which can be serious and profound in their lives. The online media Konde.co and Magdalene.co are platforms that play a role in providing information to the public about marginalization, subordination, discrimination, violence and negative stigma against women. The formulation of the research problem is how to frame child abuse on social media by Mario Dandy in the online media Konde.co and Magdalene.co. Where researchers use framing analysis from the Pan and Kosicki model. This research uses a constructivist paradigm with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this research is to find out the views of the analysis method with four structures, namely: Syntax (news scheme), Script (completeness of the news), Thematic (Details, coherence, sentence form, pronouns, sentence meaning), and Rhetorical (lexicon, graphics, metaphor, supposition). The results of the research show that konde.co and Magdalene.co together side with women with different perspectives on issues in the judiciary as well as society's response regarding injustice in favor of children.
