Therefore, a media that is able to facilitate students' learning interests is needed, namely with powtoon-based learning videos with moving animations. The purpose of this study is to explain the level of validity of powtoon-based science learning video products on the theme of my environment is polluted to facilitate the learning interest of grade VII junior high school students. This study uses the Borg & Gall Research and Development (R&D) method which is adapted and the researcher uses the development procedure which only consists of 3 steps, namely analysis (Research and information gathering), planning and improving the initial product (Planning and preliminary product development) and expert validation and product revision.This research produced a powtoon-based science learning video product on the theme of my environment polluted. The research instrument used was a validation sheet filled out by 1 material validator, 1 media validator, and 1 practitioner validator (junior high school science teacher). The results of the study show that this science learning video has a validity level in the aspect of content feasibility of 72.2% by the material validator. In terms of media design feasibility, 87.5% were by media validators and 83.3% were by practitioner validators. In the feasibility of graphing, 90.6% by practitioner validators and 87.5% by material validators. In terms of learning interest, 100% by media validators and 85% by practitioner validators. The recapitulation results of 3 validators, namely (material validators, media validators, and practitioner validators) are 83.85% categorized as very valid., so that the powtoon-based science learning video products developed can be used to facilitate students' learning interests."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
