This research uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method, This research was conducted in August 2022-April 2023 in Tegalratu Village, Ciwandan District, Cilegon City, Banten. Number of samples in this study totaling 30 respondents, namely members of the Pandan Lestari women’s farmer group. The research method in this study uses the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and multiple regression analysis. The analysis tools is using SPSS program version 21. Based on the results of the analysis, the role of women farming groups in improving welfare is included in very good category. Internal factors do not have a significant effect on increasing the welfare of farming families. The role of women farmer groups has a positive and significant influence on increasing the welfare of farming families. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is amounting to 74.4%, which means that the role of women farmers has a strong influence on increasing the welfare of farming families, while the remaining 25.6% explained by other variables outside this research."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
