So, in an effort to increase student learning motivation, a digital game based learning model will be implemented with the help of a genially interactive and collaborative website with various types of games that are already available. His study aims to determine the effect of digital game-based learning on the learning motivation of class X students in history subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of Quasi Experiment, the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling for several considerations. Data collection in this study used pretest and posttest in the form of questionnaires. In this study, experiments were conducted in two classes, namely X 5 as the control class and X 7 as the experimental class. In the implementation of the study using the genially website as a digital game. The results of this study indicate that the t-test calculation value on the posttest value of the control class and the experimental class posttest, obtained a Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that the digital game-based learning model has an influence on student learning motivation in history learning subjects.
