This research focuses on the Evaluation of the Pipitan Tourism Village Program in Serang City. This study aims to find out how the management of the Pipitan tourism village in implementing the program using the theory of Policy Evaluation according to Dunn (2003:609) in his book. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing based on the results of interviews, observations, documentation, and document studies. The results of this study show that based on the policy evaluation according to Dunn (2003:609), the evaluation of the Pipitan Tourism Village Program in Serang City has not gone well, this is based on the measurement of policy evaluation criteria including; i) Effectiveness, lack of marketing promotion on social media related to Pipitan Tourism Village, ii) Efficiency, limited funds, absence of visitor entrance ticket rates, iii) Adequacy, the implementation of the program has been programmed, but it does not run regularly, iv) Equity, there are obstacles in the Pipitan Tourism Village Program in terms of lack of funds for the unpreparedness of administrators and members in the implementation of the tourism village program, v) Responsiveness, adding knowledge, coordination, participation, involvement between pokdarwis, the visitor community by utilizing the Pipitan Tourism Village Program, vi) Accuracy, the Pipitan Tourism Village program is in accordance with what is needed and then what is lacking can be recorded for the submission of assistance proposals Back to the Banten Provincial Tourism Office.
