Types of technology-based learning media that can help visualize material are chatbots and augmented reality (AR). This research aims to develop an integrated Augmented Reality chatbot learning media in the sub-chapter material on vertebrate animals for class X SMA/MA  and determine the suitability of the media through expert assessments and user response tests by teachers and students. The research method used in this research was development (Research and Development) which consists of the definition, design and development stages. The development stage consists of a validation stage by expert testing and a user response testing stage. The results of validation by material experts obtained an average score of 89% (very feasible) and by media experts obtained an average score of 88% (very feasible). The results of the teacher response test obtained an average score of 83% (very decent) and the student response test was 83% (very decent). Based on the research results, that the AR integrated chatbot learning media was accordance for the media in the Animalia vertebrata sub-chapter material to support digital literacy and is accordance for use.
