%O Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai inovasi pelayanan publik emak idep oleh dinas kesehatan kota tangerang. Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu karena kebutuhan masyarakat akan pelayanan kesehatan, untuk menyanggupi kebutuhan ini maka pihak pemerintah menciptakan inovasi. Salah satu bentuk pelayanan yang harus diberikan oleh pemerintah ialah pelayanan kesehatan, pelayanan kesehatan yang dapat dibutuhkan sewaktu-waktu dan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan primer bagi manusia. Emak Idep ini merupakan program yang diciptakan oleh dinas kesehatan kota Tangerang untuk mengurangi Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) menjadi Zero Death penelitian ini menggunakan teori atribut inovasi dari everett m. Rogers. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa emak idep ini sudah sesuai dengan kelima indikator teori atribut inovasi yaitu keuntungan relatif (relative advantage), kesesuaian (compability), kerumitan (complexcity), kemungkinan dicoba (triability) dan kemudahan diamati (observability).

%X This study explains the innovation of public service emak idep by the health office
of Tangerang city. The background of this study is because of the community's need
for health services, to meet this need the government creates innovation. One form
of service that must be provided by the government is health services, health
services that can be needed at any time and are one of the primary needs for
humans. Emak Idep is a program created by the Tangerang city health office to
reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) to Zero Death this study uses the
innovation attribute theory of Everett M. Rogers. The research method used is a
qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that emak idep is
in accordance with the five indicators of the innovation attribute theory, namely
relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability and observability.
