Emak Idep is a program created by the Tangerang city health office to\r\nreduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) to Zero Death this study uses the\r\ninnovation attribute theory of Everett M. Rogers. The research method used is a\r\nqualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that emak idep is\r\nin accordance with the five indicators of the innovation attribute theory, namely\r\nrelative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability and observability."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
