(2) Hasil implementasi model pembelajaran homeschooling dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada warga belajar PKBM HSPG Kelurahan Sumurpecung, Kecamatan Serang, Kota Serang. (3) Faktor pendukung dan hambatan implementasi model pembelajaran homeschooling dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada warga belajar PKBM HSPG Kelurahan Sumurpecung, Kecamatan Serang, Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 13 informan yang terdiri dari kepala, tutor, warga belajar, dan orang tua warga belajar PKBM HSPG Serang. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) implementasi model pembelajaran homeschooling telah berjalan dengan baik melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang mengacu pada kurikulum yang digunakan yakni kurikulum merdeka. (2) Hasil implementasi model pembelajaran homeschooling dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada warga belajar PKBM HSPG Serang telah menunjukkan adanya motivasi belajar yang baik secara internal ataupun eksternal pada warga belajar. (3) Faktor pendukung implementasi model pembelajaran homeschooling meliputi baiknya tingkat pemahaman tutor akan kebutuhan dan karakter warga belajar, adanya kultur homeschooling yang kondusif, dan adanya peran serta yang baik dari orang tua. Faktor penghambat meliputi karakter pasif warga belajar dan latar belakang keluarga yang cenderung tertutup serta kesibukan orang tua. abstract: This research aims to describe (1) the implementation of the homeschooling learning model in increasing learning motivation among residents studying PKBM HSPG, Sumurpecung Village, Serang District, Serang City. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data source in this research consisted of 13 informants consisting of heads, tutors, learning residents, and parents of PKBM HSPG Serang learning residents. The research results show that (1) the implementation of the homeschooling learning model has gone well through the planning, implementation and evaluation stages which refer to the curriculum used, namely the independent curriculum. (2) The results of implementing the homeschooling learning model in increasing learning motivation in PKBM HSPG Serang students have shown that there is good learning motivation both internally and externally in students. (3) Supporting factors for the implementation of the homeschooling learning model include a good level of understanding of the tutor regarding the needs and character of students, the existence of a conducive homeschooling culture, and good participation from parents.
