(2) The results of the implementation of the homeschooling learning model in increasing learning motivation among residents studying PKBM HSPG, Sumurpecung Village, Serang District, Serang City. (3) Supporting factors and obstacles to the implementation of the homeschooling learning model in increasing learning motivation among residents studying PKBM HSPG, Sumurpecung Village, Serang District, Serang City. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data source in this research consisted of 13 informants consisting of heads, tutors, learning residents, and parents of PKBM HSPG Serang learning residents. The research results show that (1) the implementation of the homeschooling learning model has gone well through the planning, implementation and evaluation stages which refer to the curriculum used, namely the independent curriculum. (2) The results of implementing the homeschooling learning model in increasing learning motivation in PKBM HSPG Serang students have shown that there is good learning motivation both internally and externally in students. (3) Supporting factors for the implementation of the homeschooling learning model include a good level of understanding of the tutor regarding the needs and character of students, the existence of a conducive homeschooling culture, and good participation from parents.
