The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive focus and the data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. This research uses Chris Heuer's theory (Context, Communication and Collaboration). The research results show that in this Context, Vindes Store has succeeded in increasing the number of followers through humorous content related to daily life or viral trends, delivered with unique words. Vindes Store also uses an effective strategy in determining posting times, with a marketing focus on the adult child segment. In terms of Communication, Vindes Store uses a marketing approach that focuses on Instagram with visual content that presents detailed product information. They respond to customer complaints quickly, using polite and polite language.
