N1  - Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Yayasan Edufarmers International. Teknik penentuan sampel populasi 40 orang dilakukan dengan sengaja (purposive) dengan beberapa kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan dan menghasilkan 37 sampel 
yang akan digunakan sebagai responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan cara observasi, penyebaran angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang diolah menggunakan microsoft excel dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan 
kesimpulan bahwa (1) motivasi mahasiswa pertanian yang mengikuti program magang Bertani Untuk Negeri batch 5 komoditas Hortikultura di Yayasan Edufarmers International untuk bekerja di sektor pertanian masuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan perolehan nilai sebesar 4,52. (2) minat mahasiswa pertanian yang mengikuti program magang Bertani Untuk Negeri batch 5 komoditas Hortikultura di Yayasan Edufarmers International untuk bekerja di sektor pertanian masuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan perolehan nilai 4,07.

In the agricultural sector, (2) the interest of agricultural students participating in 
the Farming program for the country batch 5 horticultural commodities at the 
Edufarmers International Foundation to work in the agricultural sector. This 
research was conducted at the Edufarmers International Foundation. The 
technique of determining a population sample of 40 people was carried out 
purposely with several predetermined criteria and produced 37 samples to be used 
as respondents. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data 
collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. The 
data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis which is processed 
using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The results of this study resulted in the 
conclusion that (1) the motivation of agricultural students who took part in the 
Farming for the Country apprenticeship program batch 5 of Horticultural 
commodities at the Edufarmers International Foundation to work in the 
agricultural sector was in the high category with a score of 4.52. (2) the interest of 
agricultural students participating in the Farming for the Country apprenticeship 
program batch 5 of Horticultural commodities at the Edufarmers International 
Foundation to work in the agricultural sector is in the high category with a score 
of 4.07.
