Thepurpose of this study is to determine the criteria used in analyzing productivityproductivity Production Division, Production Division productivity measure usingthe OMAX and designing the proposed improvements to increase productivity byusing fishbone diagrams and 5W + H. The method used for measuring theproductivity of the method Objective Matrix (OMAX). From the data that hasbeen processed showed productivity There are three criteria used are: the criteriaof efficiency is the ratio of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9. The criteria for effectiveness is theratio of 1. And inferential criteria, namely the ratio of 7 and 8. Based on theresults of the measurement of productivity Objective Matrix method, note that theachievement of productivity for each period has increased or decreased. Periodhas increased from the previous period is the period of February 2013 at 0241,March 2013 amounted to 0251, April 2013 amounted to 0802, in July 2013amounted to 0.362333, 1.446333 for September 2013 and December 2013 by2628. As for the period decreased productivity achievements of the previousperiod is the period of May 2013 amounted to 0.19067, June 2013 amounted to0.069663, 0.657333 of August 2013, October 2013 and November 2013 amountedto 0.320333 for 1676. Productivity should be improved based on the ratio that hasthe mostscore below standard and has a great weight is the ratio of output to theproposed design improvements as follows: Conduct oversight or inspection of theoperator, to build a more structured planning scheduling, Tells plan productiontargets to be implemented to the operator, provide the operator feel comfortableearplug and not feel noisy, and Perform engine maintenance for 2 weeksconsidering the condition of the engine is old.
