This research aimed to determine the effect of thidiazuron (TDZ) levels on the growth of banana shoots (Musa sp.) in vitro. This research was conducted at the Integrated Agricultural System Network Cultivation Laboratory, Banten Province Agriculture Service, in December 2021 until June 2022. This research used a factorial Completely Randomized Design. The first factor was the variety of bananas, namely Pisang Mas Kirana and Pisang Tanduk. The second factor was the concentration of Thidiazuron with 6 levels 0; 0.1; 0.2; 0.3; 0.4; 0.5. The results showed that the Mas Kirana variety had a very significant effect on the time parameters of bud emergence, shoot height 4 WAP - 12 WAP, number of shoots 4 WAP - 12 WAP and number of leaves 12 WAP, and had no significant effect on time parameters for leaf count 4 WAP - 8 WAP. While the treatment of TDZ concentration had no significant effect on the parameters of plant height 4 WAP, number of leaves 8 WAP - 12 WAP, time of shoot emergence and number of shoots 4 WAP. and a very significant effect on the number of leaves 12 WAP and the number of shoots 12 WAP. The parameters of plant height 8 WAP - 12 WAP and the number of shoots 8 WAP gave a significant effect. There was an interaction between varieties and concentrations of TDZ on plant height parameters 8 WAP -12 WAP, number of leaves 4 WAP and number of shoots 8 WAP -12 WAP.
