description: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality, facilities, prices and destination locations and the factors that influence visitor satisfaction at Villa Ternak Cikerai Agrotourism, Cilegon City. The media used is quantitative method. the research location was determined purposively. This research was conducted at Villa Ternak Cikerai Agrotourism, Cilegon City by involving 150 respondents through metods non-probability sampling in which it is done by technique Accidental Sampling. Data collected through primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from observation and research instruments, namely questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from literature studies. The results showed that the have a positive effect on visitor satisfaction partially or simultaneously. variable service quality is a factor that most dominant influences at Villa Ternak Cikerai.
