description: Some collection plots in the Bogor Botanical Garden need to be inventoried for the presence of invasive weeds because many activities are carried out in the region to increase the spread of invasive weeds that will threaten the growth of Arecaceae collections in the Bogor Botanical Garden. The purpose of this study is (1) to an inventory of invasive weeds in Arecaceae collection plots in Bogor Botanical Garden; (2) to an describe the types of invasive weeds whose species were found in all plots of the Arecaceae family collection plots in Bogor Botanical Garden. This study was conducted from March 2022 to May 2022 in the Arecaceae family collection plots of the Bogor Botanical Garden and Trueb Laboratory. This type of research is a descriptive research and data collection methods are carried out using the roaming method. Based on the research results, as many as 128 species of weeds originated from 36 family. Of the total weeds obtained, as many as 71 species were identified as invasive species. There are 5 important types of weeds found in the collection plots of the Arecaceae, namely S. nodiflora (L.) Gaertn.; M. hirtus (L.) DC.; S. podophyllum Schott; A. conyzoides L.; and C. verticillata subsp. verticillata. The most dominant type of weed found is S.nodiflora (L.) Gaertn, which comes from the Asteraceae family and M. hirtus (L.) DC. It comes from the Rubiaceae family.     Keywords: Bogor Botanical Garden, inventory, weeds, invasive
