Penelitian ini dilakukan di Agrowisata Bukit Waruwangi, Kecamatan Cinangka, Kabupaten Serang. Pada penelitian ini metode accidental sampling digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel, berdasarkan linear time function jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 84 responden yang merupakan pengunjung Agrowisata Bukit Waruwangi yang berusia mulai dari 17 tahun. Karakterisitk dan persepsi responden diidentifikasikan dengan menggunakan metode deskritif. Sedangkan nilai kesediaan membayar pengunjung diestimasikan dengan menggunakan metode Contingent Valuation Method. Variabel-variabel seperti usia, tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan, frekuensi kunjungan, biaya perjalanan, jarak tempuh dan waktu berkunjung dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi nilai WTP. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan responden maybejenis kelamin laki-laki, berusiatas 21 - 30 tahun dan memiliki status pernah menikah. Mayoritas responden telah menempuh pendidikan formal selama 16 tahun, serta bekerja sebagai PNS. Mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat pendapatan diatas Rp4.000.000. Persepsi responden secara keseluruhan terhadap Agrowisata Bukit Waruwangi dinilai agak baik. Bukit Waruwangi Agrotourism is one of the agro-tourism located in Serang Regency. This study aims to identify the characteristics and perceptions of visitors then estimate the optimum individual admission price and identify the factors that influence the value of WTP. The research method used is the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) and uses multiple linear regression analysis involving variables of age, education level, income, frequency of visits, travel costs, distance traveled and visiting time. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The sample used in this study amounted to 84 people who are visitors over the age of 17 years. The analytical tools used are Microsoft Excel and SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Visitors are dominated by male tourists, aged 21 - 30 years and have the status of ever married. The majority of visitors have completed 16 years of formal education and work as civil servants. The majority of visitors have income levels above Rp4,000,000. Visitors' perceptions of Bukit Waruwangi Agrotourism are considered good. However, for several aspects such as road conditions in the Bukit Waruwangi Agrotourism area and toilets, it is considered not good. A total of 74 respondents or 88% of visitors stated that they were willing to have an individual ticket price increase policy. The results of the analysis of willingness to pay show the average value of the WTP is Rp. 9,000. WTP value is influenced by income and frequency of visits. Y1 - 2022/11/09/ ER -
