YOGI ALMUNJI. 2017. Pengayaan Artemia sp. Wits Sunflower Seed Oil (Helianthus annuus L.) Pada Larva Ikan Mas Sinyonya (Cyprinus carpio) Pemeliharaan. Diawasi oleh Achmad Noerkhaerin Putra dan Mas Bayu Syamsunarno. Pengayaan merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas gizi Artemia sp. dalam pemeliharaan larva ikan. Penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pengayaan Artemia sp. dengan minyak biji bunga matahari (Helianthus annuus L.) untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan larva sinyonyacarp (Cyprinus carpio). Larva ikan mas Sinyonya (panjang awal 0,5±0,03 cm, berat awal 0,002±0,001 mg) dipelihara di akuarium (80 × 40 × 40 cm³) kepadatan 1000 larva/akuarium. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 perlakuan pengayaan minyak biji bunga matahari (0 ml/L, 0,15 ml/L dan 0,45 ml/L) dan tiga kali replikasi, pengayaan dilakukan tiga kali/hari selama 4 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengayaan Artemia sp. sebesar 0,45 ml/L menghasilkan hasil terbaik, dengan berat 0,108±0,0046 mg, panjang 1,33±0,055 cm, Specific Growth Rate (SGR) sebesar 4,29±0,06 %, berat SGR 13,28±0,13 %, Survival Rate (SR) 83,5±3,1 %. Minyak biji bunga matahari dapat digunakan sebagai pengayaan Dapnia dalam pemeliharaan larva ikan mas.

Enrichment is one way to improve nutritional quality of Artemia sp. in fish larvae rearing. This study to evaluate the effects of the enrichment of Artemia sp. with sunflower seed oil (Helianthus annuus L.) to increase the growth of sinyonyacarp larvae (Cyprinus carpio). Sinyonya carp larvae (initial length 0.5±0.03 cm, initial weight 0.002±0.001 mg) were reared in aquarium (80 × 40 × 40 cm³) wits density 1000 larvae/aquarium. This study consist of 3 enrichment treatments of sunflower seed oil (0 ml/L, 0.15 ml/L and 0.45 ml/L) and three replications, the enrichment conducted three times/day for 4 hours. The results showed that enrichment Artemia sp. of 0.45 ml/L produce the best result, with the weight of 0.108±0.0046 mg, the lenght of 1.33±0.055 cm, Specific Growth Rate (SGR) of lenghts 4.29±0.06 %, SGR weight 13.28±0.13 %, Survival Rate (SR) 83.5±3.1 %.
Sunflower seed oil can be used as Dapnia enrichment in sinyonya carp larvae rearing.
