Sekolah Menyenangkan sebagai pendidikan berbasis kecakapan hidup bagi&#13;
peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu sekolah Pilot Project&#13;
Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan di Kabupaten Tangerang, yaitu SMP Negeri 1&#13;
Curug Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif&#13;
dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara,&#13;
observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi&#13;
program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan sebagai pendidikan berbasis kecakapan&#13;
hidup bagi peserta didik dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan kerjasama dari&#13;
stakeholder pendidikan yang menerapkan 8 program utama pada kegiatan&#13;
intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler sekolah. Faktor pendukung&#13;
implementasi program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan terdiri dari faktor internal&#13;
berupa optimalisasi sarana prasarana sekolah, peran pimpinan sekolah dan&#13;
pendidik. Sedangkan, faktor pendukung eksternal berasal dari peran pemerintah&#13;
dan yayasan Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan. Namun, pada sisi lain,&#13;
implementasi Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan juga memiliki beberapa faktor&#13;
penghambat yaitu proses pembelajaran belum maksimal, pendidik masih kesulitan&#13;
memahami karakteristik peserta didik, dan pelaksanaan tahapan monitoring&#13;
evaluasi belum dilakukan secara berkala. Adapun solusi untuk mengatasi kendala&#13;
implementasi program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan adalah: 1) Melaksanakan&#13;
reorientasi pembelajaran; 2) Mengoptimalkan manajemen sekolah melalui&#13;
