      "note": "Decree of the MPRS Number XXV \/ MPRS \/ 1966 is always considered to limit the \r\nfreedom to convey thoughts both orally and in writing in the dynamics of human \r\nrights, so the identification of this thesis is how the position of TAP MPRS \r\nNumber XXV \/ MPRS \/ 1966 regarding communist teachings in the Indonesian \r\nlegal system and what are the implications MPRS Decree Number XXV \/ MPRS \/ \r\n1966 on independence that expresses thoughts both orally and in writing? \r\nThis research is a type of cumulative research with a normative juridical \r\napproach, the data used are secondary data in the form of library data with three \r\nlegal materials, namely primary materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary \r\nlegal materials, then analyzed by descriptive analysis. \r\nBased on the results of the analysis and discussion, it was concluded that the \r\nposition of TAP MPRS Number XXV \/ MPRS \/ 1966 was related to the prohibition \r\nof communist teachings and the Indonesian communist party (PKI). This MPRS \r\ndecree does not hinder freedom of thought, either verbally or in writing, because \r\nthis MPRS TAP Number XXV \/ MPRS \/ 1966 only prohibits activities to spread \r\ncommunism.",

      "abstract": "Ketetapan MPRS Nomor XXV\/MPRS\/1966 selalu diangaap membatasi\r\nkebebasan menyampaikan pikiran baik lisan maupun tertulisan dalam dinamika\r\nhak asasi manusia, maka identifikasi dari skripsi ini ialah Bagaimana Kedudukan\r\nTAP MPRS Nomor XXV\/MPRS\/1966 tentang ajaran komunis dalam tata hukum\r\nIndonesia dan Bagaimana Implikasi Ketetapan MPRS Nomor XXV\/MPRS\/1966\r\nterhadap kemerdekaan yang mengeluarkan pikiran baik secara lisan maupun\r\ntertulis? \r\nPenelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kumulatif dengan metode pendekatan\r\nyuridis normatif, data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa data\r\nkepustakaan dengan tiga bahan hukum yaitu bahan primer, bahan hukum\r\nsekunder dan bahan hukum tersier, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif analisis. \r\nBerdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, diperoleh kesimpulan kedudukan\r\nTAP MPRS Nomor XXV\/MPRS\/1966 yang berkaitan dengan larangan ajaran\r\nkomunis dan partai komunis Indonesia (PKI). Ketetapan MPRS ini tidak\r\nmenghambat kemerdekaan pikiran baik secara lisan maupun tulisan, karena TAP\r\nMPRS Nomor XXV\/MPRS\/1966 ini hanya melarangan kegiatan-kegiatan\r\nmenyebarkan paham komunisme.",
