Parkland World Indonesia 2 cikande. This type of research is quantitative research and research using survey techniques. This study uses literature and field research such as interviews, observation and questionnaires. With a sample of 56 respondents, the sampling technique using saturated sample. Research data processing is done by using SPSS 20. From the calculation result SPSS v.20, research results with positive and significance level of 5% was obtained conclusions: (1). There is a positive and significant Intrinsik Motivation on Employee Performance obtained t count (3,134) > t table (2,005). (2).
