From 120 questionnaires distributed, the\r\nnumber of questionnaires returned was 47 questionnaires (39,17%).The data were\r\nprocessed using a software program Partial Least Square (PLS). This research\r\nused purposive sampling method with the selected sample of research is midlle\r\nmanagers. The data sources was obtained from field research, in particular by\r\ndistributing questionnaires to acquire primary data.\r\nThe results showed that (1) Environmental information system influence\r\non Formal EMCS and Informal EMCS (2) Corporate environmental proactivity\r\ninfluence on environmental information system, Formal EMCS and Informal\r\nEMCS (3) Perceived ecological environmental uncertainty (PEEU) influence on\r\nenvironmental information system, Informal EMCS, and corporate environmental\r\nproactivity, but not influenced on Formal EMCS (4) Perceived stakeholder\r\npressure influence on environmental information system, Formal EMCS, Informal\r\nEMCS, and corporate environmental proactivity."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
