%L eprintuntirta12470 %D 2015 %X This study aimed to create an experimental module based on project based learning of the sub concept of tissue culture for senior high school student of grade XII. Research and development method with 3D models (define, design and development) has been used in the study. Data has been collected using questionnaire assessment to test the feasibility of experimental module. The assessment instrument of experimental module used scale of 1 to 5 and eight criterion. The quality test of experimental module was done by two lecturers (Department of Biology Education Untirta) and three biology teachers. The result of feasibility test showed that experimental module based on project based learning of the sub concept of tissue culture for senior high school student of grade XII obtain an average value of 33,6 (Likert scale) which was categorized as very good. %O Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul praktikum berbasis project based learning pada subkonsep kultur jaringan SMA kelas XII. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model 3D yang terdiri dari pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), dan pengembangan (develop). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket penilaian untuk uji kelayakan modul praktikum. Instrumen penilaian modul praktikum menggunakan skala penilaian 1 sampai 5 serta terdapat delapan kriteria. Uji kualitas modul dilakukan oleh dua orang dosen jurusan Pendidikan Biologi Untirta dan tiga orang guru Biologi SMA.
