The herbal plants that is often used for  jamu production are ginger, lesser galangar, turmeric, green chiretta, curcuma, and  others. According to jamu serbuk traders, the amount sales of jamu serbuk in  serang distict dropped from year to year. A change ini consumers attitude caused  by the negatve issue about danger effect of jamu consumers. It cause a  transformation of consumers mindset and attitude toward jamu. This research  aims are to know the process of consumers buying decision to jamu serbuk and to  know consumers attitude toward jamu serbuk Nyonya Meneer . The research used  survey menthod, it take places in jamu serbuk shop in serang district and selected  purposively. Sampel used 100 respondent  and collected by using acidental  sampling. The result showed that the consumers attitude toward jamu serbuk  Nyonya Meneer is positive with a score of total attitude is 6,83. It represent that  the consumers loke the product because has a positive scor.
