Indorama Petrochemicals company was named PT. Polyprima Karyareksa. PT.   Indorama Petrochemicals has three tanks paraxylene as the main raw material   capacity of nearly 10000 m3. The activities undertaken in the area of the tank that   is sounding level paraxylene and cleaning suction filter paraxylene pump. There   are varieties of potential hazards in this area of activities undertaken in the area   of paraxylene tank when done with caution would be fatal for worker themselves,   work environment, and the environment. To know the potential dangers that exist   on the activity sounding level paraxylene and cleaning suction filter paraxylene   pump used methods Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining   Control (HIRADC). HIRADC method can show the potential danger that will   happen, impact, and assess the risk of hazards. Dangers that can occur include   falls from heights, fire, death, until the explosion, which could cause harm to   workers and companies. Furthermore, in determining the control should take into   account the hierarchy of control ranging from elimination, substitution,   engineering controls, administrative, and provision of safety equipment (PPE).
