description: This objective of research was to determine the effect of plant growth regulator  Paclobutrazol concentration from vernalized lilies bulbs (Lilium sp.) to the growth  and development of potted lilies.This research was conducted from April to July  2015 at the greenhouse in Segunung Experimental Field, Has Crop Research  Institute, Pacet District, Cianjur. The research used Randomized Completely  Block Design (RCBD) with 1 factor (Paclobutrazol concentration). This research  used 4 level of Paclobutrazol concentration. The concentration were 0 ppm (P0), 50 ppm (P1), 100 ppm (P2), 150 ppm (P3), 200 ppm (P4), and 250 ppm (P5). The results showed that 250 ppm paclobutrazol likely impact the plant height and stem diameter variable. Paclobutrazol concentration at 150 ppm effect the number of leaves variable. In general, Paclobutrazol concentration on lily plant did not give effect to the generative growth such as flower initiation age, number of flowers, flower diameter, flowers harvest time and freshness of flowers.
