Abstract

This research aimed was to develop a problem based learning worksheet for X class students in the virus concept and to find out it’s feasibility. This research was a development research (R & D) with 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate) model. The instrument in this research were interview sheet, assessment guidelines and questionnaire. Student worksheet was assessed from the elegibility aspects of content, language, presentation and graphics used assessment guidelines. The data was obtained from questionnaire were analyzed quantitatively, then as a result from the questionnaire from the data was used for the students worksheet revision. A category to the expert, the scoring result of the student worksheet has 4.7 (Likert scale) with very reasonable category. The result of X.8 class students responses in SMAN 4 Kabupaten Tangerang toward student worksheet looked in the average score was 79.3% with good category. This finding shows that a problem based learning student Biology worksheet for X class students in the virus concept is very reasonable and good to be used for teaching material.
