Abstract
Fokus penelitian ini adalah Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (Sipinter 2.1) Dalam Pelayanan Perizinan Secara Online Di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tangerang Tahun 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa tingkat efektivitas sistem informasi pelayanan perizinan terpadu (Sipinter 2.1) dalam pelayanan perizinan secara online di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tangerang Tahun 2021. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori efektivitas sistem informasi menggunakan model DeLone dan McLean (2003:24), yaitu efektivitas sistem informasi dapat diukur dengan indikator kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat bersih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemohon perizinan usaha secara online yang menggunakan Sipinter di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tangerang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan mencapai 76% dan masuk dalam kategori efektif. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan jaringan perluasan pelayanan publik secara online dengan membentuk aplikasi Sipinter Kabupaten Tangerang, meningkatkan sosialisasi pelayanan perizinan dan non perizinan secara online yaitu Sipinter 2.1 di Kabupaten Tangerang, menambahkan fitur pendamping dalam penggunaan website Sipinter, meningkatkan kinerja tim helpdesk operator dan pelayanan secara online, memperbaharui tampilan website Sipinter agar lebih menarik, dan menambahkan fitur tambahan mengenai kritik dan saran.

| Additional Information: | The focus of this research is The Effectiveness of the Integrated Licensing Service Information System (Sipinter 2.1) in Online Licensing Services at DPMPTSP Tangerang District in 2021. The research objective is it find out the level of the effectiveness of the integrated licensing service information system (Sipinter 2.1) in online licensing services at DPMPTSP Tangerang District in 2021. The theory used in this study is the theory of information system effectiveness using the DeLone and McLean model (2003:24), namely the effectiveness of information systems can be measured by indicators of system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction and net benefits. This research used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is an online business license applicant who uses a Sipinter at DPMPTSP Tangerang District with a total sample of 200 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique. The result of research obtained reached a percentage 76% and included in the effective category. Suggestions in this research are to increase the network for expanding public services online by forming the Sipinter application Tangerang District, increase the socialization of licensing and non-licensing services online namely Sipinter 2.1 in Tangerang District, add a companion feature in the use of the Sipinter website, improve the performance of the helpdesk operator team and online services, updating the look of the Sipinter website to make it more attractive, and add additional features regarding criticism and suggestions. | |||||||||
