Abstract
Fokus penelitian ini adalah Manajemen Aset Tanah Milik Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Pandeglang di Kelurahan Pandeglang. Dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa masalah seperti : Proses sertifikasi aset tanah milik pemerintahan Kabupaten Pandeglang yang kurang baik.; Aset tanah yang berada di Kelurahan Pandeglang 36 aset tanah yang belum tersertifikat.; Lemahnya pengamanan terhadap aset tanah di Kelurahan Pandeglang. Sehingga masih adanya aset tanah milik Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Pandeglang yang dikuasai oleh masyarakat. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Manajemen Aset Doli D. Siregar yang terdiri atas inventarisasi aset, legal audit, penilaian aset, optimalisasi aset dan pengawasan dan pengendalian. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dikethaui bahwa Manajemen Aset Tanah Milik Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Pandeglang di Kelurahan Pandeglang, Pada proses inventarisasi aset masih berjalan kurang baik, Legal audit dapat dikatakan masih kurang bejalan dengan baik., Optimalisasi aset tanah di Kelurahan Pandeglang sudah berjalan cukup baik, Pada proses pengawasan dan pengendalian sudah berjalan dengan baik.

| Additional Information: | The focus of this research is the Management of Land Assets Owned by the Pandeglang Regency Government in Pandeglang Village. In its implementation there are several problems such as: The process of certifying land assets belonging to the Pandeglang Regency government is not good; Land assets located in Pandeglang Village. 36 land assets that have not been certified; Weak security of land assets in Pandeglang Village. So that there are still land assets belonging to the Pandeglang Regency Government which are controlled by the community. The theory used is Doli D. Siregar's Asset Management theory which consists of asset inventory, legal audit, asset valuation, asset optimization and supervision and control. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study can be seen that Land Asset Management Owned by the Regional Government of Pandeglang Regency (case study of Pandeglang Village), the asset inventory process is still running poorly, Legal audits can be said to be still not running well, Optimization of land assets in Pandeglang Village has been running quite good, In the process of supervision and control has been going well. | |||||||||
