Abstract
Fokus penelitian adalah Evaluasi Program Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Terpadu (PKT) Selama Pandemi Covid-19 Dalam Meningkatkan UMKM Di Kecamatan Penjaringan Jakarta Utara Tahun 2020. Permasalahan pada penelitian adalah peserta tidak aktif dalam kegiatan 7 tahapan program PKT, peserta yang minim pengetahuan teknologi dalam mengikuti kegiatan 7 tahapan program PKT secara online, peserta yang kurang mengaplikasikan ilmu dari hasil kegiatan program PKT, kurangnya inovasi peserta dalam berwirausaha selama masa pandemi Covid 19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Evaluasi Program Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Terpadu (PKT) Selama Pandemi Covid-19 Dalam Meningkatkan UMKM Di Kecamatan Penjaringan Jakarta Utara Tahun 2020. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori evaluasi Leo Agustino (2020:196), yaitu sumber daya aparatur, kelembagaan, sarana, prasarana dan teknologi, finansial dan regulasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu pelaksanaan Evaluasi Program Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Terpadu (PKT) dalam aspek sumber daya aparatur sudah sesuai dengan SOP sudah ditentukan, kelembagaan sudah berjalan dengan baik karena sosialisasi dan pendamping cepat tanggap dalam mengatasi permasalahan pada peserta PKT, sarana, prasarana dan teknologi selama pandemi program PKT dilakukan secara online yang dimana peserta kurang memahami teknologi dan beberapa peserta tidak memiliki gadget, finansial dalam hal ini dinilai kurang karena peserta sulit dalam mendapatkan bantuan modal dari pemerintah, regulasi dalam pelaksanaan program PKT sudah berjalan sesuai dengan Pergub No 2 Tahun 2020 tetapi peserta kurang mencari inovasi selama pandemi Covid 19. Saran penelitian ini adalah memperhatikan peserta yang kurang memahami teknologi, pendamping memberikan arahan tentang bantuan permodalan untuk peserta yang sulit mendapatkan bantuan permodalan, pendamping melakukan pengecekan langsung kepada peserta yang memiliki penurunan dalam usahanya, pendamping memberikan sosialisasi kepada warga secara langsung.

| Additional Information: | The focus of the research is the Evaluation of the Integrated Entrepreneurship Development Program (PKT) During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Improving Small and Medium Enterprises in the Penjaringan Subdistrict, North Jakarta in 2020. The problem in this research is that participants are not active in the 7 stages of the PKT program, participants who lack knowledge of technology in participating in the 7 stages of the PKT program online, participants who did not apply knowledge from the results of the PKT program activities, the lack of participant innovation in entrepreneurship during the Covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Integrated Entrepreneurship Development Program (PKT) During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Improving small and medium enterprises in the Penjaringan sub-district, North Jakarta in 2020. The theory used is the evaluation theory of Leo Agustino (2020:196), namely apparatus, institutional, facilities, infrastructure and technology, financial and regulatory resources. The results of the research are that the implementation of the Integrated Entrepreneurship Development Program Evaluation (PKT) in the aspect of apparatus resources is in accordance with predetermined standard operating procedures, the institution has been running well because socialization and assistants are quick to respond in overcoming problems with PKT participants, facilities, infrastructure and technology during The PKT program pandemic is carried out online where participants do not understand technology and some participants do not have gadgets, finances in this case are considered lacking because participants find it difficult to get capital assistance from the government, regulations in implementing the PKT program have been running in accordance with Gubernatorial Regulation No. 2 of 2020 but participants are less looking for innovation during the Covid 19 pandemic. Suggestions for this research are to pay attention to participants who do not understand technology, assistants provide directions on capital assistance for participants who find it difficult to get capital assistance, assistants check directly with a participant who has a decline in his business, the assistant provides direct socialization to residents. | |||||||||
