Abstract

ABSTRACT Annida agustina (6670170085) Collaborative Governance dalam Pengelolaan Bank Sampah di Kota Serang Anis Fuad, M.Si dan Wahyu Kartiko Utami, M.A Prodi Ilmu Pemerintahan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa 2021 Abstrak: Collaborative Governance merupakan suatu fenomena dan gaya baru dalam kebijakan public yang biasanya menangani suatu permasalahan public salah satunya mengenai permasalahan lingkungan mengenai pengelolaan sampah. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Ansell & Gash mengenai proses tata kelola kolaboratif yang terdapat dialog tatap muka (face to face dialogue), membangun kepercayaan (truth building), komitmen terhadap proses (commitment to the process), pemahaman bersama (shared understanding), hasil antara (intermediate outcomes). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan data pencarian ialah data primer yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan data sekunder yaitu litelatur, jurnal, skripsi, serta media internet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi dalam pengelolaan bank sampah ini telah terbangun baik karena telah memenuhi semua komponen kolaborasi, dengan adanya dialog tatap muka yang dilaksanakan oleh para pemangku kepentingan, telah adanya kepercayan yang dibangun antara kedua belah pihak, terbangunnya beberapa komitmen, telah adanya pemahaman bersama yang dijalani serta terdapat dampak atau hasil yang dirasakan para pemangku kepentingan. Meskipun disisi lain terdapat komitmen yang melemah yang dimiliki oleh para nasabah di beberapa tempat bank sampah yang mempengaruhi jalannya proses kolaborasi Kata Kunci: Collaborative Governance, Proses Kolaborasi, Bank Sampah ABSTRACT Annida agustina (6670170085) Collaborative Governance in Waste Bank Management in Serang City Anis Fuas, M.Si and Wahyu Kartiko Utami, M.A Government Science Study Program, Faculty of Sosial and Political Science Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University 2021 Abstract: Collaborative governance was a new phenomenon and style in public policy that usually handles a public problem, one of which was environmental issues regarding waste management. This researched used ansell &gash's theory of collaborative governance processes that contain faced to faced dialogue, built trusted (truth building), commitment to the process (commitment to the process), shared understanding (shared understanding), intermediate outcomes. This studied used descriptive qualitative methods with searched data was primary data, namely observation and interview. While the secondary data was litelatur, journal, thesis, and internet media. The results showed that collaboration in the management of this waste bank had been built both because it had fulfilled all components of collaboration, with the face-to-face dialogue carried out by stakeholders, there had been trusted built between the two parties, the establishment of several commitments, there had been a shared understanding undertaken and there were impacts or results felt by stakeholders. Although on the other handed there was a weakened commitment owned by customers in some garbage banks that affect the course of the collaboration process Keyword: collaboration governance, collaborative process, waste bank
