Abstract
Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor andalan suatu negara atau daerah untuk memperoleh sumber pendapatan melalui objek wisatanya.Wisata dituntut untuk terus berkembang demi menjaga eksistensinya di mata wisatawan, agar selalu ramai dikunjungi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kerjasama publik humas Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Banten dalam mengembangkan wisata ziarah Banten Lama.Menggunakan konsep kerjasama publik dalam kajian mata kuliah humas pariwisata, meliputi kerjasama dengan pihak pengelola, masyarakat sekitar, serta pengunjung.Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, serta dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, triangulasi, dan menarik kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian diketahui kerjasama publik dengan pengelola terkait pengembangan dan operasional aktivitas harian, kerjasama publik dengan masyarakat sekitar terkait penyadaran untuk sadar wisata melalui kelompok sadar wisata, serta kerjasama publik dengan pengunjung terkait promosi dan sapta pesona pariwisata. Saran penelitian adalah segera membentuk badan pengelola resmi wisata ziarah Banten Lama dan meningkatkan kualitas sapta pesona pariwisata Banten Lama.

| Additional Information: | Tourism is one of the mainstay sectors from a country or region to obtain a source of income through its tourism objects. Tourism is required to develop in order to maintain its existence in the eyes of tourists, so that it is always visited by them. This research aims to determine the public relations cooperation of the Banten Province Tourism Office in developing the Banten Lama pilgrimage tour. Using the concept of public cooperation in the study of tourism public relations courses, including cooperation with the manager, community, and visitors. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used data reduction, triangulation, and make conclusions. The results of the research revealed that public cooperation with managers related to the development and operation of daily activities, public cooperation with community related to tourism awareness, and public cooperation with visitors related to tourism promotion and charm. The research suggestion is to immediately build an official management organization for the Banten Lama pilgrimage tour and improve the quality of the tourism charm of Banten Lama. | |||||||||
