Abstract
The title of this research was improving students learning result through cooperative model learning type picture and picture toward social science. This research was conducted in SDN Lebak 1, Ciomas, Serang, Banten Province which was class IV as the subject with 24 number of students. Data collecting technique in this research used test, observation sheet which consisted of teachers teaching activity and interview list for students and teacher. According to the result of research, students learning result in cycle 1 with standard minimum criterion (KKM) 63 was 11 students with percentage 45,83% meanwhile there were 13 students with the percentage 54,17% who can’t pass standard minimum criterion (KKM). In cycle 2, students have improvement. It can be proven by getting finding that 20 students with percentage 83,33% passed KKM and 4 students with percentage 16,67% did not. Based on that analysis it can be concluded that the use of cooperative model learning with picture and picture type improved students learning result in class IV toward social science learning. | Additional Information: | Penelitian ini berjudul meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Lebak 1 Kecamatan Ciomas Kabupaten Serang Provinsi Banten dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 24 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes, observasi aktivitas mengajar guru dan pedoman wawancara untuk siswa dan guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat data hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I dengan KKM 63 siswa yang tuntasKKM sebanyak 11 siswa dengan persentase 45,83% sedangkan yang belum tuntas sebanyak 13 siswa dengan persentase 54,17%, pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan ketuntasan dengan jumlah siswa tuntas sebanyak 20 siswa dengan persentase 83,33% sedangkan siswa yang belum tuntas 4 siswa dengan persentase 16,67%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Picture and Picture dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial.
