Abstract

PT. Indotruba Timur is one of a company working in the area agroindustry. PT. Indotruba Timur measuring the company performance from the advantage production. Because have not information nonfinansial, then done approch that measures the company performance with the methods Balanced Scorecard that takes into account 4 aspects that is financial aspects, customers, of business process internal and of growth and learning. Research objectives is to put the concept of the implementatiton of Balanced Scorecard to PT. Indotruba Timur, determine the value of weight perspektive by using Analitycal Hierarchy Process and determine the value of the performance of work PT. Indotruba Timur by using method Balanced Scorecard. The result of this research is well Balanced Scorecard implementation to PT. Indotruba Timur the financial consisting of current ratio, profit margin, Return Of Investment (ROI). Customers consisting grading and restant. Of business process internal consisting Oil Ekstrak Rate (OER), Kernel Ekstrak Rate (KER), Free Fatty Acid (FFA) and of fres fruit bunch (FFB) the production. Of growth and learning consisting number of employees and rentetion mployees. The result of processing Software Expert choice 11weigthing financial of 0,376; customers of 0.087; of business process internal of 0,297 and growth and learning of 0,240. the performance of PT.
