Abstract

This research examined on the effect of performance measurement, consensus on strategy implementation, work motivation and employee performance. This research was conducted at the Job Site PT. Sankyu Indonesia International which is located in Cilegon. The populations in this research are managers and employees at the Job Site PT. Sankyu Indonesia International. Analysis technique that used in this research is SEM (Structural Equation Model) method through Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) program with the 1.10 version. The result of this research stated performance measurement have the positive effect on employee performance with the incentives and promotions, a consensus on strategy implementation have the positive effect on employee performance with consensus between manager and employee within the company. And work motivation has the positive significant effect on employee performance by providing facilities wanted by the employees.
