Abstract

Pre study conducted on August 24 , 2015. Researchers discovered the problem of creativity of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Al - Musyawarah is still low , reaching 18 % . This is due to several factors among children less confident , the children also lack confidence when the child ask the teacher and the child is still mimic his work . Teachers also still less creative in creating media that are less creative in the media make child's attention monotonous learning activity such as reading , writing so that learning becomes boring . Researchers propose activities of the experimental method as a solution to the problem of creativity of children aged 56 years lower in TK Al - Musyawarah Serang, Banten The ability of creativity is the ability to create new ideas that come from creative ideas and one can solve the problems are solved. Experimental method is a method where children can play while learning and learn while playing , and to be able to grow and enhance the learning experience of the child directly . This study aims to improve the creativity of children aged 5-6 years . he method used is a Class Action Research ( PTK ) . Subjects consisted of 10 kindergartners Al - Musyawarah located at Jl. Tb Suwandi gang Perintis Jaya Rt / Rw 1.16 Sub Serang District of Serang - Banten . The technique of collecting date through observation , field notes , interviews , and documentation . The research was carried out with 2 cycles of the first cycle consists of 8 times the action and the second cycle consists of 2 times the action . Results of this study found that: 1 ) the child's pre-study ability creatifity 18 % , 2 ) after the child is given an action on the first cycle , the ability of the creativity of children increased to 36 % , 3 ) on the second cycle obtained yield was 86 % . Thus , the creativity of children has increased and is at the level of developing good sting . Keywords : Ability creativity , early childhood , and the experimental method
