Abstract
Information-seeking process is one of the important part that buyer do before deciding to purchase a product. In online commerce there is an issue related to trust which also has an important role in the information-seeking process. Currently, buyer is not only focuses on commercial information which produced by the sellers or marketers, buyer also rely on various information in online media. This study aims to determine the information-seeking process that buyer do in online commerce. Research method which used in this study is qualitative method and case study strategy. The results show that in online there are two levels on information-seeking process, and buyer is not only rely on to single information’s source. Buyer will collect information and then make a choice based on buyer’s preferences.
