Abstract

The objectives of this study were to (1) identify the characteristics of oyster mushroom farming, (2) to determine the cost of oyster mushroom production, (3) to analyze the Break Event Point value of the selling price and the production of oyster mushroom based on the selling price of the producer. The type of this research is descriptive analysis, which is done by survey method and using full costing data analysis and Break Event Point. The results of this study showed that (1) oyster mushroom farming was done with location selection, kumbung preparation, seed preparation, making of planting media, inoculation, incubation, care, harvest and post harvest (2 ) the cost of production determined from the analysis using full costing shows the value of Rp. 9,654 / Kg (3) from this research, the farmer of oyster mushroom will break even, when the break event point value of the selling price is Rp 9,504 / Kg and the break event point is 1,675 Kg based on the selling price of oyster mushroom from the producer with the value Rp.10,000 / Kg.

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk (1) mengidentifikasi karakterstik usahatani jamur tiram, (2) menentukan harga pokok produksi jamur tiram, (3) menganalisis nilai Break Event Point harga jual dan produksi jamur tiram berdasarkan harga jual dari produsen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis, yang dilakukan dengan metode surey dan menggunakan analisis data full costing dan Break Event Point. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) usahatani jamur tiram dilakukan dengan pemlihan lokasi, pembuatan kumbung, persiapan bibit, pembuatan media tanam, inokulasi, inkubasi, perawatan, panen dan pasca panen (2 ) harga pokok produksi yang ditentukan dari hasil analisis menggunakan full costing menunjukan nilai Rp. 9.654/Kg, (3 ) dari penelitian ini menunjukan petani jamur tiram akan mengalami titik impas ketika nilai break event point harga jual sebesar Rp.9.504/Kg dan break event point produksi sebanyak 1.675 Kg berdasarkan harga jual jamur tiram dari produsen dengan nilai Rp.10.000/Kg.
