Abstract
The catch of stingray (Dasyatis sp.)reaches 922 kg/year, while Yellowstripe (Caranx leptolepis )reaches 6072 tons/year in Labuan Fish Auctionn Venue. Helminth Parasitic are organisme that take advantage of their host that is by sticking and absorbing nutrients from the host to support his life. The purpose of this research was to inventory the Helminth Parasites type found in the gut, stomach, gills and mucus on Stingray and Yellowstripe Fish, calculate the intensity and prevalence of Stingray and Yellowstripe Fish. This research was conducted in December 2016 January 2017. Fish sampling was located at Jiput and Menes Market, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. Measurements of fish and identification of Helminth Parasites spesies were carried out in Aquaculture Laboratory of Fisheries Department of Agriculture Faculty of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. Based on the research results Identification Parasite inventory of parasites species on Pari fish found in the intesity that is Anisakis sp. And Digenea, stomach Anisakis sp. and Seragentis sagittifer, Digenea gill and no mucus. Whereas known intensitas type of parasite on Yellowstripe Fish contained in the intestine that is Anisakis sp., Digenea stomach, gill Hexostoma sp. And no mucus. Stingray from Jiput Market has a prevalence value of 15%, for the intensity of 1.67. While from Menes Market has a prevalence value of 10%, for the intensity value of 0.5. On the Stingray for the type of parasite that dominates the anisakis sp. By 50%, Seragentis sagittifer by 25%, Digenea by 50%. Yellowstripe Fish from Jiput Market has a prevalence value of 30%, for the value of the intensity of 1.33. While from Menes Market has a prevalence value of 5%, for the intensity 1. In Yellow Fish for the type of parasite that dominates the Anisakis sp. By 50%, Hexostoma sp. By 100%, Digenea by 25%

Additional Information: | Provinsi Banten memiliki potensi kekayaan laut dan pesisir yang sangat besar yang terletak di Desa Teluk Kecamtan Labuan. Hasil tangkapan nelayan Labuan biasanya dipasarkan ke daerah Pasar Jiput dan Pasar Menes. Salah satu hasil tangkapannya yaitu ikan pari (Dasyatis sp. )dan ikan selar kuning (Caranx leptolepis ). Hasil tangkapan ikan pari yang didapatkan di PPI (Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan Labuan )mencapai 922 kg/tahun, sedangkan ikan selar kuning mecapai 6072 ton/tahun. Kondisi pasar tradisional menjadi ancaman serius bagi kualitas ikan, karena fasilitas penanganan ikan yang kurang memadai sehingga ikan cepat mengalami kerusakaan dan pembusukan. Organisme patogen penyebab penyakit antara lain dapat berupa parasit, jamur, bakteri maupun virus. Salah satu jenis patogen yang sering menyerang ikan adalah parasit. Parasit menimbulkan kerugian secara ekologis, biologis, maupun ekonomis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2016 - Januari 2017. Pengambilan sampel ikan bertempat di Pasar Jiput dan Pasar Menes Kabupaten Pandeglang Provinsi Banten. Pengukuran ikan dan identifikasi spesies parasit dilaksanakan di Laboroturium Budidaya Perairan Jurusan Perikanan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Pengambilan sampel ikan dilaksanakan dalam satu bulan sebanyak 4 kali pengulangan dengan jangka waktu tujuh hari. Sampel ikan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ikan pari dan ikan selar kuning yang diambil dari Pasar Jiput dan Pasar Menes, masing-masing sebanyak 5 ekor dengan total keseluruhan sampel sebanyak 80 ekor ikan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. | |||||||||
