M.C Saka Mada. NIM 6661131304. Skripsi Implementation of Perda City Regulation No. 2 of 2010, prevent, combat and combat prostitution activities in Serang City. The purpose of this study is to gain knowledge about the implementation of PERDA Kota Serang No. 2 tahun 2010. 1st Advisor: Dr. Agus Sjafari., M.Si dan 2nd Advisor : Drs. Atto’Ullah., M.Si The background of this research is the growth and development of prostitution activity in Serang City which has vision as Civil City. In addition, researchers see the bad impact of prostitution activity in Serang City began to threaten the value, culture, and the younger generation in Serang City. Departing from the background, the researcher focuses this research on how the implementation of Perda City Regulation No. 2 of 2010, which should be the legal basis to prevent, combat and combat prostitution activities in Serang City. The purpose of this study is to gain knowledge about the implementation of PERDA Kota Serang No. 2 tahun 2010, the adverse effects of prostitution activities, and the Serang City government's solution to solve this problem. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques use field studies, interviews, photographs, and chart documents or tables. The observation started by going to some of the existing PSK hangout in Serang City, back of Pakupatan terminal, Serang City Square, and former Kepandean terminal. Furthermore, researchers conducted interviews with several people and groups involved in prostitution activities, including two government agencies in Serang City in charge of prostitution, namely Satpol pp and Serang City Social Service. From the results of research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded, that the implementation of Regulation No. 2 of 2010 is not going well.
