Abstract

Analisis isi Berita Basuki Tjahaja Purnama Sebelum dan Sesudah PILKADA DKI Jakarta Putaran II (Analisis Isi Berita di Surat Kabar Media Indonesia dan Republika Periode 13 April – 26 April 2017). Pembimbing 1 : Darwis Sagita,M.I.Kom dan Pembimbing II : Ari Pandu Witantra,M.I.Kom Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat kecenderungan isi berita di surat kabar terkait pemberitaan Basuki Tjahaja Purnama atau Ahok seminggu sebelum dan seminggu sesudah Pilkada Putaran II. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis isi kuantitatif, dengan konsep kategori isi berita. Dimana kategori yang dimaksud tema berita, sumber berita, nada berita. Surat kabar yang diteliti adalah Media Indonesia dan Republika dengan periode penelitian tanggal 13 April – 26 April 2017. Menghasilkan populasi penelitian pada Media Indonesia sebanyak 33 berita, sedangkan pada Republika sebanyak 19 berita. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah di Media Indonesia seminggu sebelum Pilkada tema berita yang paling dominan yakni mengenai keberhasilan Ahok memimpin Jakarta sebesar 29,4% dan kasus yang dialami Ahok 35,4% Sedangkan di Republika tema yang paling banyak yakni mengenai kasus penistaan agama sebesar 50%. Hasil seminggu setelah Pilkada tema berita yang paling dominan masih tetap sama di Media Indonesia yakni mengenai kasus yang dialami Ahok 50% dan keberhasilan Ahok dalam memimpin Jakarta 30% Sedangkan di Republika tema yang paling banyak tetap berfokus mengenai kasus penistaan agama sebesar 44,4%. Hasil penelitian kedua kategori sumber berita seminggu sebelum Pilkada di Media Indonesia dominan dari Pemerintah 23,1% dan Ahok 17,9% sedangkan di Republika paling banyak dari Pemerintah 22,2% dan Organisasi Islam 22,2%. Hasil seminggun setelah Pilkada di Media Indonesia sumber berita paling banyak dari Ahok 25% sedangkan di Republika dari Organisasi Islam 25%. Hasil penelitian terakhir kategori nada berita seminggu sebelum Pilkada di Media Indonesia positif 62,5%, Negatif 12,5%, Netral 25% di Republika positif 16,6%, negatif 50%, netral 33,4%. Adapun seminggu setelah Pilkada di Media Indonesia positif 72,7%, Negatif 9,1%, Netral 18,2% di Republika positif 10%, negatif 50%, netral 40%. This study was conducted to see the tendency of news content in newspapers related to news of Basuki Tjahaja Purnama or Ahok a week before and a week after the Second Round. This research was conducted by quantitative content analysis method, with the concept of news content category. Where the categories are news themes, news sources, news tones. The newspaper studied is Media Indonesia and Republika with the research period on April 13 to April 26, 2017. So as to produce research population on Media Indonesia as much as 33 news, while in Republika as many as 19 news. As for the results of this research is in Media Indonesia a week before the election of the most dominant news theme that is about the success of Ahok led Jakarta by 29.4% and Ahok case experienced 35.4% While in Republika the most themes are about the case of defamation Religion by 50%. As for the week after the elections the most dominant news themes still remain the same in Media Indonesia which is about the case of Ahok 50% and the success of Ahok in leading the Jakarta 30% While in Republika the theme remains the most focused on religious blasphemy cases by 44.4%. The results of the two categories of news sources a week before elections in Media Indonesia were dominant from the Government of 23.1% and Ahok 17.9% while in Republika most of the Government was 22.2% and the Islamic Organization 22.2%. The seminggun after Pilkada in Media Indonesia the most news source of Ahok 25% while in Republika of Islamic Organization 25%. The results of news tone category a week before Pilkada in Media Indonesia was positive 62,5%, Negative 12,5%, Neutral 25% in Republika positive 16,6%, negative 50%, neutral 33,4%. The week after elections in Media Indonesia positive 72.7%, Negative 9.1%, Neutral 18.2% in Republika positive 10%, negative 50%, 40% neutral. Keywords: Content analysis, News on Ahok, and Newspaper.
