Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Pelaksanaan program pendidikan pada anak usia dini di daycare Bocah Emas dan Pelaksanaan program pengasuhan pada anak usia dini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Sistem penitipan di daycare Bocah Emas adalah fullday dan halfday. Usia anak asuh yang ada di daycare Bocah Emas adalah usia 1 hingga 6 tahun. Pelaksanaan program pendidikam yang ada di daycare Bocah Emas menggunakan pendidikan stimulasi. Dengan merancang kegiatan setahun sekali dengan agenda raker dan dalam seminggu membuat RPPM dan RPPH. (2) Pengasuhan yang ada di daycare Bocah Emas memerapkan life skill. Proses pengasuhan yang ada di daycare Bocah Emas adalah dimana anak diajarkan mandiri sejak dini dimana anak dapat melakukan kegiatan sehari-harinya sendiri yang tetunya dengan bimbingan pengasuh.

| Additional Information: | The purpose in this research is to describe: (1) the implementation of an educational program in early childhood in the Bocah Emas daycare (2) the implementation of parenting programs in early childhood at Bocah Emas daycare. Data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results of this research indicate that (1) the activation system at the Bocah Emas daycare is a holiday and a half day. The age of foster children in the Bocah Emas daycare is ages 1 to 6 years. The educational implementation program in the Bocah Emas daycare center uses educational stimulation. By reviewing the activities held once with the working agenda and in the discussion making RPPM and RPPH. (2) Caregiving in the Bocah Emas daycare is life skills. The parenting process in the Bocah Emas daycare is where children are independent from an early age where children can carry out daily activities with their parents with caregivers. | |||||||||
