Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peningkatan Keterampilan Warga Belajar melalui Pelatihan Otomotif di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Kabupaten Serang, untuk kegiatan pelaksanaan penelitian ini mengkaji masalah (1) Bagaimana proses peningkatan keterampilan warga belajar melalui pelatihan Otomotif sepeda motor di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Kabupaten serang (2) Bagaimana hasil peningkatan keterampilan warga belajar melaui pelatihan Otomotif sepeda motor di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Kabupaten Serang (3) Bagaimana dampak peningkatan keterampilan warga belajar melalui pelatihan Otomotif sepeda motor di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) kabupaten serang. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah guna mendeskripsikan Peningkatan Keterampilan Warga Belajar melalui Pelatihan Otomotif di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Kabupaten Serang, mendeskripsikan hasil peningkatan keterampilan warga belajar melaui pelatihan Otomotif sepeda motor di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Kabupaten Serang dan mendeskripsikan dampak peningkatan keterampilan warga belajar melalui pelatihan Otomotif sepeda motor di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) kabupaten serang. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, sumber data penelitian yaitu pengelola, instruktur dan delapan orang peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Proses Peningkatan Keterampilan warga belajar melalui pelatihan Otomotif sepeda motor di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Kabupaten serang cukup efektif dilaksanakan, dengan tidak banyak nya hambatan yang dilalui saat pelatihan, hal ini berdasarkan dari pihak terkait. (2) Hasil Peningkatan Keterampilan Warga Belajar melaui Pelatihan Otomotif sepeda motor di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Kabupaten Serang. Yaitu peserta mengalami peningkatan. Dari sisi pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan Dari 8 orang pesrta ada beberapa orang yang mampu bersaing dan bekerja di bidang otomotif tersebut (3) Dampak Peningkatan Keterampilan Warga Belajar melalui Pelatihan Otomotif sepeda motor di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) kabupaten Serang dari 8 orang peserta ada beberapa peserta yang merasakan dampak positif dari pelatihan tersebut yang berupa mampunya membuka peluang usaha, membatu pendapat perekonomian dan tingkat kesejahtraan bagi peserta dan keluarganya.

The purpose of the study is to describe improved citizen skills improvement through automotive training in the study activities Workshop (SKB) of Serang District, describing the results of increased skills of citizen learning through training Automotive motorcycle in the Learning Activities Gallery (SKB) Serang District and describe the impact of increased skills of citizens learn through the training of automotive motorcycles in the Learning Activities Workshop (SKB) of the district Serang. The method used by the authors in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach where the data gained from interviews, research data sources are maintainers, instructors and eight trainees. The results showed that (1) the process of upgrading citizens ' skills to learn through the training of motorcycle automotive in the Learning Activities Gallery (SKB) district Serang is quite effective, with not much of the obstacles traveled when Training, this is based on the relevant parties. (2) The result of upgrading the skills of citizens learning through the automotive training of motorcycles in the Learning Activities Gallery (SKB) Serang district. The participant has increased. In terms of knowledge, attitudes and skills of 8 participants there are several people who are able to compete and work in the field of automotive (3) Impact skills improvement of citizens learning through the automotive training motorcycles in activity workshops Learn (SKB) Serang District of 8 participants there are some participants who feel the positive impact of the training that is in the form of open business opportunity, to help the economic and kesejahtraan level for the participants and their families. | |||||||||
