Abstract

ABSTRAK Indeks kepuasan gender pada commuter line menjadi salah satu hal penting untuk terpenuhi, mengingat commuter line di akses oleh semua kalangan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat kepuasan pada penyediaan fasilitas umum di commuter line jabodetabek. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah indeks kepuasan gender pada fasilitas umum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 162 responden dari populasi yang merupakan engunjung commuter line Jabodetabek yang tersebar di seluruh stasiun rute Jabodetabek dengan pemilihan responden secara accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Indeks Kepuasan Gender Terhadap Fasilitas Umum Commuter Line Jabodetabek sangat Puas/Sangat Tinggi dengan capaian angka sebesar 84%. Dari kelima indikator yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu indikator Infrastruktur untuk semua nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 3,38. Kemudian, pada indikator Infrastruktur yang memperhatikan kebutuhan setiap orang nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 3,44. indikator Infrastruktur yang aman nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 3,46. Selanjutnya, Indikator Infrastruktur yang nyaman nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 3,51. Angka tersebut dapat dikategorikan sangatPuas/Sangat Tinggi. Indikator kelima yakni Infrastruktur yang ramah lingkungan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 3,48. Jawaban dari 162 responden menilai bahwa fasilitas umum di commuter line jabodetabek menunjukan bahwa commuter line jabodetabek memiliki indeks kepuasan gender sebesar 84%. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas seluruh pernyataan (30) dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan valid. Kemudian, hasil uji reliabilitas yang dilakukan nilai alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,951 (0,951>0,30). Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen tersebut dinyatakan reliabel. Uji selanjutnya ialah uji Normalitas, diketahui normalitas data ditunjukkan dari nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,200 > alpha (0,07), maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa data berasal dari populasi berdistribusi normal. Kata Kunci: Fasilitas Umum, Indeks Kepuasan, Gender, Commuter Line The gender satisfaction index on the commuter line is one of the important things to be fulfilled, considering that the commuter line is accessed by all people. This study aims to see the level of satisfaction with the provision of public facilities on the Jabodetabek commuter line. The variable used in this study is the gender satisfaction index in public facilities. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study was 162 respondents from the population who were visitors to the Jabodetabek commuter line spread throughout the Jabodetabek route stations with the selection of respondents by accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that the Gender Satisfaction Index for the Jabodetabek Commuter Line Public Facilities is very Satisfied/Very High with an achievement rate of 84%. Of the five indicators studied in this study, the Infrastructure indicator for all the average values obtained was 3.38. Then, on the Infrastructure indicator which pays attention to the needs of everyone, the average value obtained is 3.44. safe infrastructure indicator the average value obtained is 3.46. Furthermore, the Infrastructure Indicator that is comfortable the average value obtained is 3.51. This figure can be categorized as very Satisfied/Very High. The fifth indicator is environmentally friendly infrastructure, the average value obtained is 3.48. The answers from 162 respondents considered that public facilities on the Jabodetabek commuter line showed that the Jabodetabek commuter line had a gender satisfaction index of 84%. Based on the results of the validity test, all statements (30) in this study were declared valid. Then, the results of the reliability test performed Cronbach's alpha value of 0.951 (0.951> 0.30). Thus, it can be concluded that the instrument is declared reliable. The next test is the Normality test, it is known that the normality of the data is shown from the Asymp value.
